A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to avoid being charged for the scheduled lesson time.  My schedule is completely full, and I currently have a waiting list.  Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.  In the event of a family or medical emergency, I ask that you please give me notice by 12:30pm on the day of the scheduled lesson M-Th, and by10:30am on Friday otherwise I'll have to charge a 50% cancellation fee.  

 

Sunday Lessons: Due to the nature of my Sunday schedule, Sunday lessons must be cancelled 48 hours in advance or you will be charged the full amount, except in cases of emergencies which will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
